Another brilliant piece! Loved reading it ๐Ÿ’“, so informative! I have a question, how do you use them, what are your favorite ways, once they are ready, do you dilute or add to recipes? I was particularly impressed by the cold method of maceration! THANK YOU!

thank you! honestly itโ€™s just with soda water and ice! itโ€™s such a refreshing drink. and in terms of โ€œcookingโ€ i like them best in glazes and salad dressings. as shrubs are sweet, sour, and quite fruity, theyโ€™re an excellent ingredient to have on hand. will be showcasing some of these in a future summer drink newsletter!
